Good Morning!
It is the day after Christmas, and I am up quite early. Today will be a fabulous day, I know it! I am a firm believer in thoughts creating reality. Thomas Edison once said, "Whether you think it will be a good day or you think it will be a bad day, you are right."
I have journeyed through a divorce and am now in a wonderful new marriage; and this marks my 14th anniversary of being a colon cancer survivor. Each was a catalyst for something new to present itself in my life. The divorce opened a new pathway to find my spiritual home, and recognize the Power within me. God is in, through and as me as it is in, through and as you. The colon cancer was a wake-up call to live a more purpose-filled and healthier life.
Things happen in our lives, and we may not label them as one of the top 10 experiences in our lives, but days, weeks, months later, we may realize that they were there for a reason. We may not be able to control every event that happens in our lives, but we may control how we respond to it. As Winston Churchill once said, "Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference."
